This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by OM Heals Inc. (“OM Heals,” “we” or “us”). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our websites, mobile applications and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”), contact our customer service team, engage with us on social media or otherwise interact with us. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect four categories of personal information – personal information you provide to us, personal information automatically collected from your use of the Services, personal information we receive from third-party sources, and personal information we derive or infer.

Third-party Platforms and Social Media Networks: If you have enabled features or functionality that connect the Services to a third-party platform or social media network (such as by accessing the Services using your account with the third party, providing your API key or similar access token for the Services to a third party, or otherwise linking your user information in our Services to a third-party’s services), we may disclose to the third-party platform or social media network the personal information necessary to facilitate the connection or that you authorized us to share. PERSONAL INFORMATION OF CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected or stored personal information from an individual under age 13, we will remove his or her personal information from our files. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have inadvertently collected personal information from your child, please notify us immediately by sending an email to jennifer@om.app with the subject heading, “DO NOT TRACK!”
DISCLOSURE

ANALYTICS SERVICES
We also use Google Analytics, which uses Cookies and other similar technologies to collect information about use of the Services anonymously and reports website trends, without identifying individual visitors. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISERS
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding goods and services that may interest you when you access and use the websites or the apps, other websites or apps or other online services. To serve such advertisements, these companies place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser (including through use of pixel tags). Third-party applications, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or Google buttons, may be available on our Website. The collection of information by these third-party applications is governed by their own information collection policies and practices, not this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the collection and use of your information by such third parties.
LINKING TO OTHER SITES
Our website may contain links to other sites that we do not own or operate. We do not control, recommend or endorse and are not responsible for these sites or their content, products, services or privacy policies or practices. These other sites may send their own cookies to your device, they may independently collect information about you or from you, and they may or may not have their own published privacy policies.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We store your information using reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards. Please be aware that the Services and data storage are run on software, hardware and networks, any component of which may, from time to time, require maintenance or experience problems or breaches of security beyond our control. In addition, no transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under our control to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us over the internet.
YOUR CHOICES
Marketing: If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt out by contacting us by email at jennifer@om.app or by following the instructions in any such email you receive from us. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. If you opt out of receiving marketing emails from us, we may still send you important administrative messages, from which you cannot opt out.
SMS Messages: If you provide your phone number through the Services, we or our third party vendor may call or send you a transactional SMS message about the status of or issues with a recent transaction (e.g., an order you have placed with us). In addition to transactional SMS messages, we may send you marketing communications by SMS. However, we only send marketing SMS messages to those who have expressly opted-in to receiving marketing communications by SMS text message. If you no longer wish to receive SMS text messages from us, you can opt out of future text messages by replying to one of our SMS text messages with the word “Stop.”

We are based in the United States.
